Fuji to Hood features local chefs and restaurants serving up some of the best Oregon interpretations of Japanese culinary delights. In the past some of our food vendors included:

Portland and Japan collaboration festival "Fuji to Hood” is a beer festival featuring 18 breweries, one cidery, and one distillery from Japan, collaborating with 20 of Portland's finest brewers, cidermakers, and distiller on original recipes using select Japanese ingredients. Presented by Culmination Brewing, the Fuji to Hood beer festival also will also feature Japanese cuisine and Japanese-inspired music. Beer, cider, spirits, and Japanese food come together in Portland on July 16th, 2022.
